It shall be unlawful for any person to use, or to cause to be used, any land within the corporate limits of the city for the storage or handling of anhydrous ammonia.

Any person violating the provisions of this article, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $500. Each separate day or any portion thereof during which such violation occurs or continues shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as above provided.
