City Parks means all City-owned park properties, to include but not be limited to public trails, green spaces, public greenways, outdoor public recreational facilities, public shelters, public restroom facilities, and other public natural areas. City Parks does not include Sand Creek Station Golf Course.

City Parks are available and open for public use from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

(a)   Camping and extended hours are allowed at Athletic Park for overnight use with a City issued permit.

(b)   Individuals passing through or along City park property are allowed on the condition that they do not linger or loiter.

(c)   Special Events or City-sponsored Events may allow participants to use City Parks beyond the posted hours subject to specific permitted uses and restrictions.

Camping or Extended Hours Permits are available for purchase through the City Clerk's office. The permit fee is $5.00 per 24 hours.
