Violation of any provision of this Chapter as to which there is not otherwise a prescribed penalty shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500, or by imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. The minimum fine for the violation of any provision shall be $100. Such penalties shall be in addition to and not in substitution of any other prescribed consequences of such violation, such as suspension or revocation of a license or permit issued under this chapter, or the rendering of a person as being ineligible for a license or permit under this Chapter.
